APP MONITORING – Shift & Overtime Monitoring System is a web-based operational management system designed to monitor employee shifts, fuel dispenser transactions, and overtime activities in a structured and transparent manner. The application supports both owner/admin and employee roles, each with tailored access and functionality. For management users, the system provides comprehensive dashboards to track shift reports, employee performance, overtime requests, and operational summaries. Key features include shift status monitoring (in progress, completed, cancelled), detailed sales reconciliation per dispenser, overtime approval workflows, configurable overtime rates, and Excel export for reporting and auditing purposes. For employees, the platform offers a guided shift workflow with secure clock-in and clock-out processes, including initial and final dispenser counter input, automated sales calculation based on fuel prices, cash and non-cash payment reconciliation (cash, transfer, EDC), photo upload for verification, and real-time balance validation to ensure accurate reporting. Built with a clean, intuitive, and responsive user interface, APP MON improves operational accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.
